在用戶管道上安裝位置的選擇

為了正確地測量,在選擇管道上位置時(shí)應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)要求:

In order to survey, You should notice following asked that chance pipeline position.

(1)    變送器既可在直管道上安裝,也可在水平或傾斜管道上安裝,但要求二電極的中心連線處于水平狀態(tài).

   The transmitter installation both frank pipeline and level or tip pipeline, but asked center of two electrode pole be in level state

(2)    介質(zhì)在安裝位置應(yīng)該滿管流動.避免不滿管及氣體附著在電極上.

The Medium should be full tube following in installation state, avoid to unfilled tube and gas add to electric pole

(3)    對于液固兩相流體,采用垂直安裝,使被測介質(zhì)自下而上流動,可使變送器襯里磨損均勻,延長使用壽命.

   To each of liquid and solid ,the most of way is perpendicular installation ,Make the Medium from lower to upper, It will be made attrition uniform  in the transmitter, prolong using life-span.

(4)    變送器上的流向標(biāo)志應(yīng)于管內(nèi)介質(zhì)流動方向*.在介質(zhì)不滿管時(shí),這時(shí)可采用抬高流量計(jì)后端出水管高度的方法使介質(zhì)滿管或用其它方法使傳感器測量部位滿管.
