NF D21-511相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計廚具檢測儀器/博萊德廚具測機(jī)
1.依據(jù)BS7069 及NF D21-511相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計，主要應(yīng)用于認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)，炊具公司實驗室試驗產(chǎn)品使用。
2.使用220V電壓，50HZ,使用調(diào)速電動馬達(dá)
3.用于不沾鍋涂層耐磨損試驗
4.使用方法交用夾具鎖緊，鍋的底面應(yīng)與電爐表面*接觸，裝上百潔布的工作組件與不沾鍋內(nèi)涂層表面平行，并以自身重力下壓使其*接觸，并在鍋內(nèi)放一定量的測試液（根據(jù)各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而定）
5.工作臺以一定的距離來回帶動鍋與百潔布摩擦（根據(jù)各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而定），以達(dá)到試驗不沾鍋涂層耐磨程度目的。
6.測試周期0-9999次，預(yù)設(shè)測試周期到后機(jī)器自動停止并報警。
7.以上試驗方法以客戶使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而自定或由我司提供試驗方法。

3. Used for non-wear test of non-stick coating
4. Usage/fixture for locking, pot bottom should certainly contact surface of the furnace, and work with hundreds of microfiber cloth components with non-stick pan coating surface parallel to and by its own gravity press to make it fully contact, and in the pot to put a certain amount of test solution (according to the standard)
5. The table will drive the pan and the baijie friction (according to each standard) at a certain distance to achieve the purpose of testing the wear-resisting degree of non-stick coating.
