標簽蒸汽收縮機/蒸汽收縮爐

蒸汽標簽收縮及電加熱標簽收縮比較：

電加熱收縮機在標簽收縮過程中存在的問題：
1，日化品一般都含有酒精等易燃易爆物質(zhì)，電加熱收縮機都是采用電熱管直接發(fā)熱發(fā)紅輻射標簽以達到標簽收縮效果，存在一定**隱患。
2，電加熱收縮機的熱源不可調(diào)，爐腔內(nèi)溫度過高，標簽收縮不均勻，輸送速度過快，標簽有皺褶；輸送太慢，導(dǎo)致塑料瓶變型，并且影響瓶內(nèi)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)。特別是大批量生產(chǎn)時，生產(chǎn)速度遠遠跟不上
3，對于一些加厚標簽，特別是PET標簽，電熱收縮機更是遠遠達不到理想效果及速度
采用蒸汽收縮機則可以*解決上述問題 
蒸汽收縮爐，又名蒸汽收縮機，是以蒸汽為工作介質(zhì)，利用蒸汽的恒溫而且溫度擴散均勻的特性來工作，以達到普通電熱紅外加熱收縮機不可比擬的效果．廣泛應(yīng)用于化工，食品等行業(yè)的PVC/PET/PP的標簽蒸汽收縮。
