進(jìn)口耐腐蝕污水泵由水泵、密封和電動(dòng)機(jī)三部分組成，電動(dòng)機(jī)位于電泵上部，為單相或三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)，水泵位于電泵下部，葉輪為多葉片旋流式結(jié)構(gòu)，葉輪與渦殼底部間有寬敞的通道，能通過(guò)任何進(jìn)入吸入口的雜物。水泵與電機(jī)之間采用硬質(zhì)耐磨機(jī)械密封，各固定止口處采用“O”形耐油橡膠密封圈作靜密封。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
1、外殼由304不銹鋼及工程塑料構(gòu)成，與介質(zhì)接觸的螺釘采用304不銹鋼；
2、電泵轉(zhuǎn)軸采用316不銹鋼，具有優(yōu)異的耐磨性和耐腐蝕性；
3、不堵塞葉輪設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)入吸水口的雜物可以全徑通過(guò)，不易被雜物卡死；
4、電機(jī)采用F級(jí)絕緣，內(nèi)配有熱保護(hù)器，能在電泵缺相、過(guò)載、電機(jī)過(guò)熱等情況下
能有效保護(hù)電機(jī)；
5、由于葉輪與渦殼間具有極為寬敞的流道空間，葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的強(qiáng)烈渦流
能將介質(zhì)中的固體顆粒直接送出渦殼而不與葉輪接觸，極大的減少了葉輪的磨損。
