氣動(dòng)三通球閥由GT型、DA型、AW型氣動(dòng)活塞式雙作用或單作用（彈簧復(fù)位式）執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)組成，有比例調(diào)節(jié)型（采用電-氣閥門定位器，以電信號(hào)和壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力，接受控制系統(tǒng)輸入的0-10mA DC或4-20mA DC電流信號(hào)，改變球芯的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度，可實(shí)現(xiàn)比例調(diào)節(jié)動(dòng)作）。二位切換型（采用電磁換向閥、閥位回訊器，以AC220V或DC24V電源電壓和壓縮空氣作動(dòng)力，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)流體介質(zhì)的快速切換控制）

1．三通球閥有兩座和四座密封結(jié)構(gòu)，閥芯孔道有L型和T型兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式，采用控制閥芯旋轉(zhuǎn)角度，改變閥芯孔道與管道口的連接狀態(tài)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)三條支管不同的組合控制。三通球閥流通能力大，可控制氣體、液體、蒸汽，更適用于控制高粘度，纖維顆粒狀的流體。也適用于密封要求較嚴(yán)格的場(chǎng)合。

2．兩閥座密封三通球閥具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、外形美觀、密封性能好，它能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)管道中介質(zhì)流向的切換。也能使相互垂直的兩個(gè)通道連通或關(guān)閉（如流向圖A）

3．四閥座密封三通球閥具有造型美觀、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊合理，它不僅可實(shí)現(xiàn)介質(zhì)流向的切換，也可使三個(gè)通道相互連通，同時(shí)可關(guān)閉任意一個(gè)通道，使另外兩個(gè)通道連通，靈活控制管路是介質(zhì)的合流或分流（如流向圖B）。

4．T型閥芯孔道可使三條正交的管道互相連通或切換，起分流或合流作用；L型孔道連接相互正交的兩管道。使另一條孔道切斷，起改變介質(zhì)流向作用。

4. T-valve allows three orthogonal channel pipes or switch connected to each other, from the confluence of diversion or the role; L-type channels to connect the two orthogonal channels. Another channel to cut off media flow from changes in the role.
