鍋爐定期排污截止閥是一種防空化的多級節(jié)流閥，也叫高壓差調節(jié)閥，結構新穎。驅動方式要程序控制和手動控制兩種，該閥用于電廠定期地排除鍋水中不溶解的沉淀雜質。也可當做高壓截止閥STJ使用。具有下列優(yōu)點：流體逐級降壓，流體方向不斷改變，增加流阻?？刂屏魉?，防止空化破壞。4級多級節(jié)流，流體通道逐級擴大，以適合飽和液體隨壓力降低變成蒸汽容積擴大的特性，減少流體對閥芯沖刷磨蝕。節(jié)流面與密封面分開，有效保護密封面。閥芯和閥芯套表面硬化處理，硬度達到HRC70左右，耐沖刷，壽命長。閥芯表面開有大缺口，流體含有2-3mm，焊渣等固體顆粒，閥芯也不會卡死，動作靈活。閥桿與電動執(zhí)行機構推桿采用柔性連接，確保截止的關閉緊力。與調節(jié)閥通用，互換性好。
