離心機(jī)操作過程中的進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料及濾布再生等過程一般均在全速狀態(tài)下完成，單次循環(huán)時(shí)間短，處理量大，并可獲得較好的過濾（濾餅含水率較低）和洗滌效果。
GKH系列虹吸式離心機(jī)是在普通臥式刮刀卸料離心機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上，利用虹吸原理增加過濾推動(dòng)力，透過過濾介質(zhì)的濾液全部進(jìn)入濾液室，濾液通過虹吸管(撇液管)排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，調(diào)節(jié)虹吸管吸入口位置可改變虹吸室內(nèi)液面深度，以改變過濾推動(dòng)力，調(diào)節(jié)過濾速度、處理能力、濾餅含濕量以及洗滌效率。
GKH系列離心機(jī)因具有虹吸功能，增加了過濾推動(dòng)力，在處理粘度較大的物料時(shí)可以獲得較GK型更低的濾餅含水率。設(shè)置反沖裝置，可在需要時(shí)向虹吸室內(nèi)加入反沖液，洗滌液經(jīng)過濾介質(zhì)流向轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，使過濾介質(zhì)恢復(fù)過濾性能，得于再生。

Due to the siphon function of GKH series centrifuge, it has increased the filtering impetus, and can obtain lower water content of filter cake than GK type when processing materials with higher viscosity.The recoil device can be installed to add the recoil liquid into the siphon room when necessary. The washing liquid will flow into the drum through the filter medium to restore the filtration performance of the filter medium and obtain regeneration.
