-采用PLC可編程序控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離監(jiān)控、觸摸屏操作人機(jī)對(duì)話，操作維護(hù)方便。
-動(dòng)作元件采用電-氣-液壓自動(dòng)控制。
-多重安全保護(hù):轉(zhuǎn)速檢測(cè)、過(guò)振動(dòng)保護(hù)、開(kāi)蓋保護(hù)、電機(jī)過(guò)載過(guò)熱保護(hù)、刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械 /電氣雙重控制。
-焊接式整體機(jī)架，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，機(jī)器承載強(qiáng)度高。
-全密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠等。
-獨(dú)立式液壓站，可隔離安裝、方便檢修。
-采用變頻控制，轉(zhuǎn)鼓速度無(wú)級(jí)可調(diào)。
-可按要求設(shè)定進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料等工藝速度。
-浮動(dòng)平臺(tái)底座，橡膠減振基礎(chǔ)。亦可選用液態(tài)阻尼減振器，減振效果*，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，減小機(jī)器振動(dòng)對(duì)設(shè)備和環(huán)境的危害。
-一種出料方式選擇:斜槽開(kāi)放式出料結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單:螺旋輸送器與刮刀集成卸料，濾餅收集率高，有效防止堵料。
-虹吸式離心機(jī)具備虹吸推動(dòng)力，過(guò)濾速度更快。
-可配置反沖洗裝置，對(duì)過(guò)濾介質(zhì)進(jìn)行洗滌，實(shí)現(xiàn)濾布再生。
-還可配置撇液裝置。適用含蛋白等膠體物質(zhì)的物料分離。
