待分離的物料經(jīng)進(jìn)料管加入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心場(chǎng)的作用下，物料經(jīng)濾布實(shí)現(xiàn)過濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出，固相則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。當(dāng)物料被加滿時(shí)，停止進(jìn)料，對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌，同時(shí)將洗滌液濾出。離心機(jī)繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)，對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行甩干。濾餅達(dá)到分離要求后，離心機(jī)降速，通過刮刀將濾餅刮下從底部排出機(jī)外。離心機(jī)再降速，氣動(dòng)拉袋裝置上下往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將殘余濾餅抖落，實(shí)現(xiàn)濾餅的清除從而實(shí)現(xiàn)濾布再生。
