BD-PND176A凝點(diǎn)冷濾點(diǎn)測(cè)定儀
一、用途及適用范圍 本儀器是按照中華人民共和國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T510《石油產(chǎn)品凝點(diǎn)測(cè)定法》及中華人民共和國(guó)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SH/T0248《餾分燃料冷濾點(diǎn)測(cè)定法》等規(guī)定的要求設(shè)計(jì)制造的，適用于按上述兩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的方法測(cè)定石油產(chǎn)品的凝點(diǎn)及冷濾點(diǎn)。 二、儀器使用的工作條件 1、儀器應(yīng)放置在平整牢固的工作臺(tái)上，環(huán)境中應(yīng)盡可能減小空氣對(duì)流。 2、本產(chǎn)品涉及到易燃的材料,操作時(shí)周圍不允許有明火(或產(chǎn)生火星的裝置)靠近。 3、儀器不用時(shí)應(yīng)放置在干燥通風(fēng)處。 4、供電電源為單相三線制，必須有良好的接地端。 三、主要技術(shù)規(guī)格及參數(shù) 1、工作電源： AC220V±10%；50Hz。 2、冷槽控溫： 室溫～-75℃ ±0.5℃ 3、制冷系統(tǒng)： 新型制冷壓縮機(jī)。 4、試驗(yàn)孔數(shù)： 兩孔， 兩孔等溫 5、環(huán)境溫度： ≤30℃ 。 6、相對(duì)濕度： ≤85%。 7、功耗： 不大于1000W。 BD-PND176A pour point, cold filter plugging point tester A, application and applicable scope The apparatus is in accordance with the standards of people's Republic of China GB/T510 "pour point of petroleum products - Determination of" people's Republic of China and the industry standard SH/T0248 "distillate fuel cold filter plugging point determination" and other requirements of the design and manufacturing, according to the provisions of the above two method is applicable to the determination of standard of petroleum products pour point and cold filter plugging point.
