Anti-ATG16L2抗體,自噬體ATG16L2蛋白抗體抗體規(guī)律
（1）初次反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生抗體：當(dāng)抗原*次進(jìn)入機(jī)體時(shí)，需經(jīng)一定的潛伏期才能產(chǎn)生抗體，且抗體產(chǎn)生的量也不多，在體內(nèi)維持的時(shí)間也較短。 ?。?）再次反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生抗體：當(dāng)相同抗原第二次進(jìn)入機(jī)體后，開(kāi)始時(shí)，由于原有抗體中的一部分與再次進(jìn)入的抗原結(jié)合，可使原有抗體量略為降低。隨后，抗體效價(jià)迅速大量增加，可比初次反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的多幾倍到幾十倍，在體內(nèi)留存的時(shí)間亦較長(zhǎng)。 ?。?）回憶反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生抗體：由抗原刺激機(jī)體產(chǎn)生的抗體，經(jīng)過(guò)一定時(shí)間后可逐漸消失。此時(shí)若再次接觸抗原，可使已消失的抗體快速上升。如再次刺激機(jī)體的抗原與初次相同，則稱為特異性回憶反應(yīng)；若與初次反應(yīng)不同，則稱為非特異性回憶反應(yīng)。非特異性回憶反應(yīng)引起的抗體的上升是暫時(shí)性的，短時(shí)間內(nèi)即很快下降。.
