LDDZ2 Series Electromagnetic Singledisc Brakes

一、簡介（Applications）
LDDZ2系列系通電工作單摩擦付型制動器，摩擦付為無石棉復(fù)合材料/鋼。產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，制動延遲時間短，制動力矩大。適用于機械傳動系統(tǒng)中需要制動或定位要求的場合。如精密機床、印刷機械、包裝機械、試驗設(shè)備及辦公機械等傳動系統(tǒng)中的制動及定位。
 LDDZ2 Brake are Singledisc brakes, friction disc non-asbestos lining/steel. Simple in construction, large in braking torque. They are widely used in printing machinesm packing machinesm testing machinesm etc., to realize the engaging and disengaging the driving shaft and driven shaft for the purpose of braking and positing.

四、安裝（Installation）
安裝注意事項 Warning
●摩擦片及銜鐵表面不得有油污，必須保持清潔；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
●安裝制動器必須保證同軸度不大于0.1mm；
The coaxial degree should not exceed 0.1mm.
●與制動器配合的軸孔與軸精密度為H8/h7
Fit h7 is recommended so that the brake can be fitted easily and without demange on to the shaft.
●制動器主、從動側(cè)需固定，不允許有軸向竄動，同時必須保證工作氣隙“δ”

Not allowed to move on axial direction. Airgap should be kept in “δ”.
