高電壓起痕試驗(yàn)儀適用于對(duì)電工電子產(chǎn)品、家用電器及其材料進(jìn)行耐電痕化和蝕損的試驗(yàn),模擬在工頻(48Hz - 62Hz)下,用液體污染物和斜面試樣,通過耐電痕化和蝕損的測(cè)量評(píng)定在嚴(yán)酷環(huán)境條件下使用的電氣絕緣材料的耐電痕化和蝕損等級(jí)。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):
1、 本儀器支持5路試樣同時(shí)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),每路都有獨(dú)立的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制
2、 本儀器核心控制系統(tǒng)由西門子PLC控制,通過光電隔離方式進(jìn)行采集電壓和電流,有效解決抗干擾問題使數(shù)據(jù)采集保持穩(wěn)定
3、 本儀器顯示部分是9寸觸摸屏,操作方便,數(shù)據(jù)顯示直觀,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)顯示每個(gè)試樣的泄露電流
4、 可以自由設(shè)定泄露電流數(shù)值,當(dāng)實(shí)驗(yàn)中的電流超過設(shè)定電流值時(shí),能夠提示報(bào)警,并切斷高壓電源,并不影響其它試樣繼續(xù)做試驗(yàn)
