污染指數(shù)（SDI）值是測定反滲透系統(tǒng)進水的重要指標之一。是檢驗預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)出水是否達到反滲透進水要求的主要手段。它的大小對反滲透運行壽命有著致關(guān)重要。
污染指數(shù)SDI測定儀
污染指數(shù)（SDI）值是測定反滲透系統(tǒng)進水的重要指標之一。是檢驗處理系統(tǒng)出水是否達到反滲透進水要求的主要手段。它的大小對反滲透運行壽命至關(guān)重要。

污染指數(shù)SDI測定儀操作使用方法：
1、將本測定儀進水球閥（2）關(guān)閉。
2、將測定儀連接螺絲（1）安裝在所測定位置。
3、開避進水球閥（2），將調(diào)壓器壓力調(diào)到0.21Mpa。
取膜盒方法
4、關(guān)閉進水球閥（2）。
5、取下膜盒。（取膜盒方法：將快接閥（5）的外圈套向上推，膜盒自動脫落。注意：在拆卸時要拿好膜盒，防止膜盒脫落時掉地而損壞膜盒。）
6、取下后打開膜盒，取出膜盒內(nèi)“O”型圈，將0.45μ濾膜放入膜盒內(nèi)的濾膜支撐板上，再將“O”型圈放入原位，蓋上膜盒上蓋（7），將壓緊螺絲（6）擰于適當程序。
7、將膜盒插入快接閥（5）。
8、開啟進水球閥（2）逐出濾膜盒上夾帶氣泡，關(guān)閉進水球閥（2），擰緊壓緊螺絲（6）。
9、開啟進水球閥，同時測定出始時過濾500ml水樣所需的時間t1讓其繼續(xù)過濾。
10、測定5、10、和15分鐘時過濾500ml水樣的時間（注意：在整個測試期間，壓力必須保持在0.21±0.07Mpa）。
11、測定水溫（注意：在整個測定期間，水溫必須保持在±1攝氏度變化范圍之內(nèi)）。

Pollution index (SDI) value is an important indicator of the reverse osmosis system for determination of water. Test the water reached the main means of processing system of reverse osmosis water requirements. It is the size of the reverse osmosis system, life is very important.
SDI pollution index meter operation:
1, the meter inlet valve (2) closed.
2, the tester connecting screws (1) installed in the position of measurement.
3, operating inlet valve (2), the pressure regulator pressure to 0.21Mpa.
The film box method
4, close the inlet valve (2).
5, remove the film box. (the film box method: fast connecting valve (5) of the outer sleeve is pushed upward, film box automatically fall off. Note: the demolition to take a good film, prevent the bellows fall to damaged film box)
6, remove the membrane box open, remove the membrane box "O" ring, 0.45 μ membrane into the membrane support plate membrane box, and then type "O" ring into the in situ, covered with film cover (7), the pressing screw (6) is screwed into the appropriate procedures
7, the film cartridge is inserted into the connecting valve (5).
8, open the inlet valve (2) from the filter box bubble entrainment, close the inlet valve (2), tighten the clamp screw (6).
9, open the inlet valve, simultaneous determination of initial water filtration 500ml time required for T1 to continue its filtering.
Determination of 10, 5, 10, and 15 minutes when 500ml water filtration time (Note: during the whole test, pressure must be maintained at 0.21 ± 0.07Mpa).
11, determination of water (Note: during the measurement period, the water temperature must be kept within ± 1 degrees Celsius range).
