匝間短路測試儀簡要說明
線圈類產(chǎn)品（如變壓器、電機(jī)等）由于繞線材料、磁性材料、骨架、加工工藝等因素的影響會(huì)產(chǎn)生線圈層間、匝間及引腳間等絕緣性能的降低。 TH2882A-3脈沖式線圈測試儀是采用高速取樣技術(shù)研制的新一代線圈類產(chǎn)品絕緣性能的測試儀器，可為大多數(shù)線圈類產(chǎn)品提供測試解決方案。 該系列產(chǎn)品將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線圈的采樣波形存儲于儀器中，測試時(shí)將被測波形與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)波形比較，根據(jù)設(shè)定的判據(jù)（面積、面積差、相位差、電暈等）以判定被測線圈的優(yōu)劣。 脈沖式線圈測試儀需在盡可能不損壞被測件的條件下測試其電氣性能，首要條件是能在短暫的瞬間以較低的能量施加于被測件以判別線圈的品質(zhì)。 測量時(shí)將與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線圈測量時(shí)同樣的脈沖通過電容器放電施加于被測線圈，由于線圈電感量、雜散電容和Q值的存在，將響應(yīng)一個(gè)對應(yīng)于該放電脈沖的電壓衰減波形，比較該衰減波形的某些特征，可以檢測線圈匝間和層間短路及圈數(shù)和磁性材料的差異, 如果施加一個(gè)高電壓脈沖，根據(jù)出現(xiàn)的電暈或?qū)娱g放電來判斷絕緣不良。

Brief description
