SK-N-MC暫不供應人神經上皮瘤細胞

描述

這株細胞與HTB-11都是神經源的。1971年9月分離得到SK-N-MC后，發(fā)現(xiàn)它有中性多巴胺-β-羥化酶活性，也有細胞內兒茶酚胺，用甲醛可以誘導出熒光。
