用途：鹽水噴霧試驗機適應(yīng)于各種材質(zhì)之表面處理，包含涂料、電鍍、有機及無機皮膜、陽極處理、防銹油等防腐蝕處理后測試其產(chǎn)品之耐蝕性。
特點：
u 整臺采用進口P.V.C板制，結(jié)構(gòu)強實，變形，并耐酸堿高溫老化。
u 采用自動/手動加水系統(tǒng)，具有水位不足時能自動/手動加水之功能，試驗不中斷，水位不足警示顯示。
u 精密玻璃噴嘴霧氣擴散均勻，并自然落于試片，保證無結(jié)晶鹽阻塞。
u 控制儀均在同一機板，操作簡便，且一目了然。
u 附雙重超溫保護，水位不足警示，確保使用安全。
u 進口溫度控制器具有手動及全自動控制方式，使用數(shù)字顯示，P.I.D控制，誤差±0.1℃，zui大設(shè)定時間可達999Hrs.
u 試驗室采用蒸氣直接加溫方式，升溫速度快且均勻，減短待機時間。
u 噴霧塔附錐形分散器，具導向霧氣、調(diào)霧量及均勻落霧等功能。
u 壓力桶采用亨利定律，予以加溫加濕，并提供試驗室所需之濕度。
u 加大型機種之試驗槽上蓋以氣壓缸自動方式開關(guān)，操作容易且安全性佳。
u 試驗完成后，具有自動除霧裝置，可清晰觀察試驗室內(nèi)之試品。
u 可訂做鹽干濕復合鹽霧試驗機及鹽霧試驗室。
