PN-CSTF Crease Stiffness Tester is a multifunctional stiffness tester designed and developed by our company according to the latest national standard GB / T 23144 and international standards ISO 5628 and BS6569-1. It is mainly used to measure the indentation force (that is, the rebound force of 90 ° crease) of cardboard and color boxes (such as cigarette boxes and cosmetic boxes). It can also measure the bending stiffness of various cardboard. Two measurements on the same instrument: 15 ° bending stiffness and 90 ° crease stiffness
In high-speed automatic packaging lines, unqualified cartons often appear, such as irregular shape, bending and inadequate bonding of cartons, so as to reduce production efficiency. The reason for the above phenomenon is that the stiffness of the cardboard and the ratio of the crease force of the cardboard after the indentation are not appropriate. The reason for the irregular shape of the carton is that the crease force is too small and deformed; the reason for the inadequate adhesion is that the crease force is too large, so it springs off from the adhesive; the reason for the bend around the carton is that the indentation is relatively to the cardboard is too stiff, and the indentation tries to pop open, but the cardboard does not have enough stiffness to prevent it from popping open. The carton with the proper crease force and stiffness ratio is flat and full after molding on the high-speed automated packaging line, and the corners are straight and scratchy.
This tester has various experimental parameters included in national standards, powerful display, memory, statistics, printing and data communication management functions, and provides scientific data analysis for cardboard crease and bending stiffness detection.
