PN-SPAF sanitary absorption tester measures the absorption speed of a sanitary napkin ａnd sanitary pad developed in accordance with the latest national standard GB / T8938-2018. The absorption speed refers to the time required for a sanitary napkin sample to absorb a certain amount of test solution, expressed in seconds(S), and reflects the instantaneous absorption capacity of the sanitary napkin. The fast absorption speed can greatly improve the wet environment on the surface of the sanitary napkin, reduce the breeding of bacteria, and reflect the user's comfort and "safety".
This instrument is a mechatronics product. It adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design principles, and is carefully and reasonably designed with a high-speed ARM processor. It is a novel design, easy to use, and excellent performance. It adopts modular circuit design and is divided into test module, parameter setting module, system calibration module, and equipment maintenance module, which can realize functions such as automatic positioning, automatic liquid filling, and automatic timing.
