1.真實性:重組蛋白產品*經過N末端氨基酸序列分析,必要時應用SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC和質譜(MS)檢測其真實性.
2.純度:應用SDS-PAGE和RP-HPLC方法分析產品純度.
3.生物活性:進行相應的體外(in vitro)或體內(in vivo)活性檢測.
