標(biāo)本的處理：
（1）細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)上清液
根據(jù)需要用試劑盒中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)稀釋液稀釋樣品，然后按照說(shuō)明書(shū)所述方法檢測(cè)。*稀釋濃度是稀釋5倍。
（2）腦脊液
根據(jù)需要用試劑盒中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)稀釋液稀釋樣品，然后按照說(shuō)明書(shū)所述方法檢測(cè)。*稀釋濃度是5倍。
（3）血漿
①用EDTA2K離心收集在真空血液收集管中的血液，5,000×g，15分鐘，4℃，分離血漿樣品，然后儲(chǔ)存在零下80℃直到使用。
②用試劑盒中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)稀釋液5倍稀釋血漿以避免血漿中的干擾物質(zhì)影響檢測(cè)，按照說(shuō)明書(shū)方法檢測(cè)。
