■ 用途：
精細(xì)濾油車(chē)不僅適合于各類(lèi)液壓油、潤(rùn)滑油的過(guò)濾凈化，而且廣泛用于電站、電廠(chǎng)、變電工區(qū)、石油、化工、冶金、鋼鐵、交通、拖拉機(jī)站、國(guó)防工業(yè)等單位過(guò)濾凈化絕緣油、透平油、潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油、機(jī)械油等液體油液中的雜質(zhì)微粒，能達(dá)到廢油再生的目的。
■ 工作原理：
本精細(xì)濾油車(chē)是在動(dòng)力電源的驅(qū)動(dòng)下使油液經(jīng)粗濾器濾除大顆粒雜質(zhì)，然后，油液在流經(jīng)一級(jí)精過(guò)濾器時(shí)，大于10-20μm雜質(zhì)微粒被濾除，zui后，游液進(jìn)入二級(jí)精過(guò)濾器，油中的細(xì)小微粒被*濾除去。過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾芯精度根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求配置，zui高可達(dá)1μm 油液清潔度zui高可達(dá)NAS1638 6級(jí)。
■ 結(jié)構(gòu)：
●主要有由粗濾器、齒輪油泵、一級(jí)精過(guò)濾器、二級(jí)精過(guò)濾器、安全閥、壓力表、進(jìn)出口閥門(mén)及移動(dòng)小車(chē)組成。
●粗過(guò)濾器是一個(gè)網(wǎng)式過(guò)濾器，分兩級(jí)粗過(guò)濾，濾網(wǎng)為不銹鋼網(wǎng)，一級(jí)為40目，二級(jí)為60目。
●精過(guò)濾元件是由棉脫脂后的棉纖維濾層材料纏繞在多孔不銹鋼骨架上形成蜂房式濾芯。本濾芯孔徑外大內(nèi)小，具有優(yōu)良的深層過(guò)濾效果。
●齒輪油泵設(shè)有安全閥（出廠(chǎng)時(shí)安全閥壓力調(diào)節(jié)在工作壓力的150%左右）。

Model LYC Fine Oil Filter is mainly used for removing impurities and granis grom insulation oil,turbine oil,lube oil,bydraulic oil and mechanical oil.、

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

1. Oil is delivered into coarse filter where big particles are removed and then oil passes through Stage 1 Fine Filter where impatities above 10-20μmare filtered out and finally,oil passes though Stage 2 Fine Filter where tiny particles are thoroughiy removed.Filter cores can be matched according to user’s requirements.Filter cores up to 1μm can be available.

Cleanness of oil treated can reach to NAS1638 class 6.

STRUCTURE
●Fine filter manly consists of corarse filter,Stage 1 fine Filter,Stage 2 Fine Filter,a safety valve,a pressure gauge,inlet/outlet valve and a movable trolley.
●Coarse filter tis of screened one,which is composed of? two stages of filtering.And screen is made of stainless steel.First stage is of 40 mesh and second stage is of 60 mesh.
Fine filterelement is honeycomb filter core.The filtercore has bigger outer diameter and smaller ●inner diameter,having good filtering result.
●Gear oil plump is grovided with a safety valve.
T valve was set to 150% of operating pressure when it left factory.
