In addition, due to the different structures of parts, some parts cannot be deburred by this method, so other deburring devices are required.

It is specially designed for rotating or deburring small diamonds. The parts are placed in a large container filled with granular ceramic media. The process of thermal burr cleaner is the process of oxidizing powder at high temperature. The burr cleaner seals the burr part in a container filled with high-pressure combustible gas mixed with oxygen, and is surrounded by the mixed gas no matter what the position of the external, internal or blind hole is. After the spark plug ignites the mixture, it will generally produce a transient heat wave. The ratio of surface area of burr to gas is so high that the burr burns. After 30 seconds, the burr is continuously oxidized to powder with a cycle time of 15~, and then the workpiece is cleaned by solvent.

Electrochemical (also known as electrolysis) deburring machine uses electrochemical reaction to dissolve metal materials in components into electrolyte, so as to remove burrs on components. The tool electrode is connected to the negative pole of the DC power supply, and the burr element is connected to the positive pole of the power supply. Then the electrolyte is connected to the DC power supply, and the metal as the anode is gradually electrochemical dissolved to remove (or form) burrs.
