超聲波作用于清洗溶液中時,會產(chǎn)生交替工作壓力,用于超聲空化閥的超聲波在清洗溶液中傳遞時可以產(chǎn)生超聲空化氣泡,能夠明顯提升氣體從清洗溶液中到氣泡的傳輸速率??栈瘹馀菔怯汕逑慈芤褐械奈⑿夂水a(chǎn)生,在超聲波稀疏相應的負壓力作用會產(chǎn)生這些空泡。如果負壓力在空化氣泡形成后繼續(xù)存在,那么此時空化氣泡就會擴張到原來尺寸的許多倍,在這種狀況下,空化氣泡之后不斷地增大爆破。超聲波清洗機脫氣功能作用時,清洗溶液中氣體可通過定向擴散進入空化氣泡,當氣泡爆破時氣體會從中逸出,這就產(chǎn)生了脫氣作用。
