The Thermo Scientific TruBio Discovery Automation System Bundle with 50 L HyPerforma Rocker Bioreactor, HyPerforma G3Lab Controller, and TruBio Bioprocess Control Software powered by DeltaV Discovery Distributed Control Platform by Emerson is an out-of-the-box, workstation-based, scalable automation solution for research and process development applications.

Features of the TruBio Discovery Automation System:
• Transferability of software—from research and development, clinical, and commercial production processes
• Scalability—standardizing processes on TruBio Discovery system early in process development sets up your lab for easy data transfer during scale-up and commercialization
• An open architecture solution—can be packaged with Thermo Scientific bench-scale equipment or third-party vessels

Simplifying tech transfer from research and process development into clinical trials and commercialization, this automation package can be scaled up to operate up to eight different bioreactors simultaneously. Based on an open architecture approach, these bioreactor systems can be identical or differ by supplier, unit size, etc., allowing for greater efficiency in your processes with a smaller footprint. Unlike systems based on programmable logic control (PLC), the TruBio Discovery system is based on a distributed control system (DCS), so data and recipes can be stored and easily transferred as you scale-up your processes. Users are able to retain valuable historical data, recipes, and batch records.

This automation system bundle includes:
• Automation software package for one vessel
• 50 L HyPerforma Rocker Bioreactor
• HyPerforma G3Lab Controller
• Mass flow controller (MFC) for one vessel
• Adapter kit for one vessel
• Sensor kit
