一、工作原理
油泵在電機驅(qū)動下,輸出液壓油,推動扣壓油缸內(nèi)的柱塞向前運動,使柱塞、前缸蓋上的兩個內(nèi)錐套推動具有對稱錐面的模座徑向收縮,實現(xiàn)模塊對膠管的扣壓。當(dāng)收縮量達(dá)到標(biāo)尺調(diào)定值時,扣壓自動停止,電磁換向閥換向后,液壓油進入兩個開模油缸,推動扣壓柱塞反向運動,模座在彈簧作用下帶動模塊復(fù)原。

二、安裝調(diào)試

1.     搬運:機器宜采用叉車搬運,并以機器底部受力,機身不允許傾斜。嚴(yán)禁搬抬鎖頭及標(biāo)尺部位。

2.     安裝:機器需水平固定于穩(wěn)固的地基上,并作接地處理。

3.     注油:打開機殼,油箱中加入50L長城牌46#抗磨液壓油。

4.     接電:將電源線接在機器規(guī)定的電源上,點動電機觀察旋向,電機旋向應(yīng)與油泵所指方向一致。

5.     檢查標(biāo)尺:標(biāo)尺位于油缸前端面上(見上圖),用于調(diào)節(jié)扣壓管套收縮量的大小。順時針調(diào)整,收縮量減?。荒鏁r針調(diào)整,收縮量增大。標(biāo)尺座靠三個螺釘上的彈簧彈力壓在油缸端面上,用手拉動標(biāo)尺(垂直油缸端面方向),標(biāo)尺座應(yīng)靈活離開油缸端面,松開后,靠彈簧彈力自動壓緊在油缸上。開始扣壓前,應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查標(biāo)尺伸縮是否靈活。不可將標(biāo)尺用螺釘緊固在油缸上,否則會損壞標(biāo)尺。

6.  壓力調(diào)整:機器系統(tǒng)zui--大壓力為20Mpa,靠溢流閥調(diào)整。順時針調(diào)整壓力增大,逆時針調(diào)整壓力減小。(出廠時已調(diào)好,必要時可以自行調(diào)整)

7.開模速度調(diào)整:開模速度的快慢,由分流閥控制,順時針調(diào)整,開模速度加快,逆時針調(diào)整,開模速度減慢,但開模速度過快會使噪音增大。(出廠時已調(diào)好,必要時可以自行調(diào)整)

三、扣壓操作
1.  機器初次使用時應(yīng)空扣壓20~30次,觀察各部位均正常后方可使用。鎖管機在冬季使用時應(yīng)空載扣壓20-30次,以使油溫增高一些。

2.  按下開模按鈕,打開模具座。根據(jù)所扣壓膠管規(guī)格選用相應(yīng)的模具安裝在模座上,并調(diào)整標(biāo)尺刻度。(詳見技術(shù)參數(shù)參考表)

3.  把帶有接頭的膠管置于鎖頭內(nèi)適當(dāng)位置,使得一次扣壓全部長度。

4.  按下扣壓按鈕執(zhí)行扣壓操作,直至鎖頭停止扣壓為止。

5.  按下開模按鈕,取出扣壓成的膠管總成。用游標(biāo)卡尺檢測扣壓后的管套外徑尺寸,如與參數(shù)表不符,應(yīng)精調(diào)標(biāo)尺刻度,并重復(fù)上述操作,直到符合要求為止。

四、壓管試?yán)?/span>
扣壓Φ19層膠管(按JB1885-77標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造)

從鎖管技術(shù)參數(shù)參考表中查得Φ19層膠管膠套外徑扣壓前為39mm,扣壓后為35mm,應(yīng)選用得模具內(nèi)徑為Φ34,對應(yīng)標(biāo)尺為3.5。將內(nèi)徑為Φ34模具置于模具內(nèi),并將標(biāo)尺刻度旋至3.5處,將膠管剝皮后與接頭組裝好。

按“操作”中得步驟進行扣壓操作,扣壓完畢后測量管套外徑,如測得尺寸為Φ35 mm,則完成扣壓。如扣壓直徑不符,精調(diào)標(biāo)尺后重新扣壓,例:測得尺寸為Φ35.5mm,則逆時針調(diào)整標(biāo)尺1.75圈即可。因膠管及管套的生產(chǎn)廠家不同,產(chǎn)品的具體尺寸、材質(zhì)可能不盡相同,因此表中數(shù)據(jù)僅供參考,具體扣壓尺寸應(yīng)以壓力實驗為依據(jù)。

、   注意事項

1.    扣壓時要盡可能將接頭置于模具中心,不要壓在六角螺母上。

2.    防止工具和其他異物進入鎖頭。

3.    每次在工作完畢后必須使八塊模座張開到zui大程度,這樣可使彈簧處于張開狀態(tài)。否則將損壞彈簧。

4.    工作時不要把手伸進鎖頭內(nèi)。

5.    剝皮工具必需牢固安裝于剝皮電機連接盤上,剝皮機構(gòu)不工作時把剝皮工具卸掉,以免意外傷人。

6.    維修時必須切斷電源。

7.    因不同廠家的管套內(nèi)徑差異較大,膠管剝皮時,剝皮刀徑向位置調(diào)整應(yīng)以每批所用管套內(nèi)徑為依據(jù)。
