冷卻塔運(yùn)行保養(yǎng)方法：
1：進(jìn)行前，需將冷卻塔水盤和塔體內(nèi)部雜物清除干凈；
2：傳動皮帶過緊會導(dǎo)致軸承損壞，過松則會導(dǎo)致皮帶打滑發(fā)熱從而降低耐久度；
3：冷卻塔經(jīng)過一個星期運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，必須重新更換循環(huán)水，以便清除管路中之塵垢雜物；
4：冷卻塔經(jīng)過5-6天的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，若皮帶出現(xiàn)松弛的話，需重新調(diào)整皮帶的松緊度；
5：冷卻塔若*停機(jī)時，應(yīng)松開皮帶，使之避免承受不必要的張力；
6：冬季、冷卻塔若*停機(jī)時，必須將管路之循環(huán)水全部排除，避免冬季結(jié)冰造成龜裂，冷水盤之排水管隨時打開，以便雨水、溶雪能夠流出；
7：日常運(yùn)行時，應(yīng)留意冷卻塔底盤中的水位。冷水盤水位需保持一定高度；
8：冷卻塔在停機(jī)一段時間后重新運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，此時必須檢查馬達(dá)絕緣是否正常。

冷卻塔填料清潔辦法(一)：
1、人工清掃冷卻塔內(nèi)脫落的垢渣；
2、用高壓水槍反復(fù)沖刷填料，鏟除清潔下的污泥水垢等；
3、用50℃擺布熱水將TNB安全除垢劑溶解后用沖刷泵反復(fù)沖刷填料，直至水垢沖刷潔凈，一起參加滅藻劑，*殺滅生物藻類及；
4、承認(rèn)體系遍地悉數(shù)清潔潔凈后，排去污水；
5、用清水沖刷填料及塔身表里；
6、恢復(fù)體系遍地，補(bǔ)水即可運(yùn)用；
7、悉數(shù)恢復(fù)后，請需要清潔方管理人員檢驗；
8、撤離己方物品，清掃現(xiàn)場清潔；
9、工期：依據(jù)實際情況定。
冷卻塔填料清潔辦法(二)：
1、暫時用塑料布建立一個大水池；
2、將清潔劑參加清水中；
3、將填料從冷卻塔中拆下來放入藥池中浸泡；冷卻塔廠
4、將浸泡潔凈的填料用清水沖刷潔凈后裝回冷卻塔；
5、用粘有藥劑的布放在冷卻塔補(bǔ)水器上，將補(bǔ)水器口浸泡疏通；
6、用同樣的辦法將冷卻塔底盤水垢進(jìn)行鏟除潔凈；
7、用清水沖刷填料及塔身表里；
8、恢復(fù)體系遍地，補(bǔ)水即可運(yùn)用；
9、工期：依據(jù)實際情況定。
