生豬養(yǎng)殖場地處偏遠山區(qū)，目前生豬養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模為1萬頭，養(yǎng)豬場廢水（豬糞水和豬欄沖洗水）集中排放，其排放水量為100m3/d。針對養(yǎng)豬場廢水有機物、氨氮濃度高，水質波動范圍大，水力沖擊負荷強等水質特點，并結合養(yǎng)豬場周邊實際地形和可用地情況，確定采用EGSB（顆粒膨脹污泥床）—A/O—MBR工藝處理
本工程主體上采用厭氧結合好氧的處理方式，養(yǎng)豬廢水集中收集進入篩網池去除雜質及大顆粒廢渣后進入調節(jié)池，利用燃燒沼氣將廢水加熱至35℃，為后續(xù)處理創(chuàng)造合適的進水條件。
經預處理后的廢水進入EGSB反應器，該反應器內部顆粒污泥床處于部分或全部膨脹化狀態(tài)，采用出水回流技術，反應器內液體具有較高的上升流速，且出水回流可稀釋硫酸鹽及其他有毒有害物質的濃度，廢水與微生物之間可充分接觸，能承受較大的有機負荷，有效避免反應器內死角和短流的產生，對于養(yǎng)豬場廢水具有容積負荷高、處理效率高等特點。
EGSB內廢水中的蛋白質等大分子有機物質在厭氧菌的作用下首先分解成小分子物質，然后小分子物質通過甲烷菌的作用降解成CH4等物質；EGSB出水依次進入缺氧池和好氧池，進一步降解有機物。然后廢水進入MBR池進行深度處理。MBR池出水進入消毒池，部分污泥回流至缺氧池，經投加二氧化氯消毒后重力流至清水池排放。
系統(tǒng)產生的剩余污泥經濃縮、干化后外運堆肥。污泥濃縮池濾液及上清液回流至調節(jié)池。
2 主要處理構筑物及其設備參數(shù)
（1）篩網池。尺寸為長6m×寬3m×高0．7m，有效容積9m3，地下式磚砌結構，HRT2h。設置100目不銹鋼篩網1組。
（2）調節(jié)池。尺寸為長8．5m×寬5m×高3m，有效容積106m3，地下式鋼筋混凝土結構，HRT24h。
（3）EGSB。尺寸為￠3m×H12m，總容積84m3，地上鋼結構，HRT 17h，COD容積負荷5kg/（m3·d）。EGSB主要包括布水系統(tǒng)、三相分離器、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、氣水分離系統(tǒng)以及泥水分離器。
（4）缺氧池。尺寸為長4m×寬1m×高4．5m，有效容積16m3，地上式鋼筋混凝土結構，HRT 3h。
（5）好氧池。尺寸為長5m×寬4m×高4．5m，有效容積80m3，地上式鋼筋混凝土結構，HRT 18h。設曝氣系統(tǒng)1套，￠150組合填料60m3。
（6）MBR池。尺寸為長4m×寬3m×高4m，地上式鋼筋混凝土結構，HRT7h。設平板式MBR膜處理裝置1套，處理量為4．2m3/h；出水抽吸泵2臺，污泥泵2臺，1用1備，單泵Q=5m3/h，H=10m，N=0．75kW。
（7）消毒池。尺寸為長2m×寬1．5m×高4m。半地下式鋼筋混凝土結構，HRT2h。設二氧化氯發(fā)生器1臺，產氯量100g/h，N=1kW。
3 工藝調試運行
整個工程調試的關鍵在于EGSB和MBR池的啟動運行效果，因此這兩個反應器的啟動調試尤為關鍵。
3．1 EGSB調試啟動
EGSB調試啟動過程可分為接種污泥、污泥馴化、負荷提高和滿負荷運行4個階段。接種污泥取自附近污水處理廠的消化污泥并添入少量顆粒污泥（取自附近養(yǎng)豬場廢水處理站穩(wěn)定運行3個月的EGSB反應器，約占污泥總量的1/6）；污泥馴化期內采用間歇進水，適當投加蔗糖及啤酒等作為碳源，啟動負荷為1kgCOD/（m3·d），控制進水水溫、pH 分別在35℃、6．5～7．5，回流比為1∶1；運行一段時間后，此時反應器對于COD的去除率達到60％，逐步提高進水負荷，依次為2kgCOD/（m3·d）、3kg－COD/（m3·d）、4kgCOD/（m3·d）、5kgCOD/（m3·d）。運行期間定期監(jiān)測出水COD、VFA等指標。
zui終反應器COD容積負荷穩(wěn)定在5kgCOD/（m3·d）左右，進水COD 在4 500mg/L左右，相應去除率在80％左右。此時觀察可知，反應器內顆粒污泥多為黑色，相較于啟動初期粒徑和密度都有所增加，大部分直徑為1．2～4．9mm。
3．2 MBR調試啟動
MBR調試啟動可分為接種馴化、提高負荷和連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運行3個階段。接種污泥為附近污水處理廠剩余污泥（含水率約為80％），在MBR池內注滿2/3污水，每天適當投加尿素、磷酸鹽等營養(yǎng)物質，控制膜池水溫在25℃；采用膜通量遞增的方式進水，逐步提高至設計負荷。提高負荷階段應定期觀察活性污泥生物相、上清液透明度等情況，定期測定MLSS和進、出水COD 濃度，并控制DO 在2～4mg/L。經10d調試運行后，zui終達到設計要求并開始連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運行。
