KCNAB1/Kv beta 1抗體,電壓門控鉀通道蛋白1抗體產(chǎn)品介紹 Voltage-gated K+ channels in the plasma membrane control the repolarization and the frequency of action potentials in neurons, muscles and other excitable cells. The KV gene family encodes more than 30 proteins that comprise the subunits of the K+ channels, and they vary in their gating and permeation properties, subcellular distribution and expression patterns. Functional KV channels assemble as tetramers consisting of pore-forming å subunits (KV), which include the KV1, KV2, KV3 and KV4 proteins, and accessory or KV-subunits that modify the gating properties of the coexpressed KV subunits. KV∫, also known as KCNAB1 (potassium voltage-gated channel, shaker-related subfamily, beta member 1), is a 419 amino acid accessory K+ channel protein that exists as three alternatively spliced isoforms and regulates the activity of the pore-forming å subunit. It is expressed in brain, with highest levels detected in caudate nucleus, hippocampus and thalamus.
電壓門控鉀通道蛋白1抗體儲存溫度：存在于血清、組織培養(yǎng)上清液或腹水中的抗體在-20℃下能夠*儲存。低溫存放不會損傷抗體活性?？贵w的工作液通常儲存于4℃中。此溫度下，抗體的活性能穩(wěn)定數(shù)月至數(shù)年亦不損失?？贵w溶液不應(yīng)反復(fù)凍融，因為反復(fù)凍融將導(dǎo)致部分抗體失活并產(chǎn)生不需要的蛋白—蛋白凝聚物?？贵w的凝聚能導(dǎo)致活性喪失。這是由于抗原結(jié)合位點(diǎn)的空間構(gòu)象被破壞，或由于產(chǎn)生的不溶物被離心或過濾而除去。冷凝蛋白類的抗體不能存放于4℃。因為在4℃下此類抗體會發(fā)生沉淀。一些鼠源性IgG3亞類的抗體有此特性。如果抗體在4℃下發(fā)生沉淀，就應(yīng)該存放于室溫下的疊氮鈉溶液中。
