履帶式拋丸機(jī)屬于拋丸機(jī)的一種產(chǎn)品，其利用高速回轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪，將彈丸拋向滾筒內(nèi)連續(xù)翻轉(zhuǎn)的工件上，達(dá)到清理的目的。

該拋丸機(jī)適合對各行業(yè)中的小型鑄件、鍛件、沖壓件等進(jìn)行拋丸除銹、去除氧化皮和表面強(qiáng)化，特別適用于不怕碰撞的零件的表面清理及強(qiáng)化。鑄件經(jīng)過拋丸清理，加工面便于下道機(jī)械加工工序，不但可節(jié)省加工時(shí)間，而且可保護(hù)機(jī)床和刀具不受損壞；非加工面涂漆后，經(jīng)久不脫，提高產(chǎn)品使用壽命和外觀質(zhì)量。

履帶式拋丸清理機(jī)工作原理：在清理室中用加料機(jī)構(gòu)加入不超過規(guī)定數(shù)量的工件。機(jī)器啟動后，工件被滾筒帶動翻轉(zhuǎn)，同時(shí)由拋丸機(jī)拋出的高速彈丸形成彈丸束，均勻地打擊在工件表面上，使其得到清理。拋丸清理完畢后，通過反轉(zhuǎn)履帶，即可將工件從滾筒內(nèi)卸出到卸料機(jī)構(gòu)上，故該拋丸機(jī)特別適合集成到自動化生產(chǎn)線上。拋出的彈丸及砂粒經(jīng)鋼履帶的間隙或橡膠履帶上的小孔，流入底部的鋼板網(wǎng)過篩，經(jīng)螺旋輸送器送入提升機(jī)內(nèi)，再到分離器中進(jìn)行分離。粉塵由風(fēng)機(jī)吸送到除塵器中過濾，清潔空氣排入大氣中，布袋上的灰塵經(jīng)反吹旋噴落入除塵器底部的集塵箱中，用戶可定期清除，廢砂由廢料管流出以便回用。丸砂混合物由回用管收回進(jìn)入室體，待分離器分離后再回用，干凈的彈丸經(jīng)由供丸系統(tǒng)的電磁供丸閘門進(jìn)入拋丸機(jī)再次拋打工件。
