履帶式拋丸機屬于拋丸機的一種產品，其利用高速回轉的葉輪，將彈丸拋向滾筒內連續(xù)翻轉的工件上，達到清理的目的。

該拋丸機適合對各行業(yè)中的小型鑄件、鍛件、沖壓件等進行拋丸除銹、去除氧化皮和表面強化，特別適用于不怕碰撞的零件的表面清理及強化。鑄件經(jīng)過拋丸清理，加工面便于下道機械加工工序，不但可節(jié)省加工時間，而且可保護機床和刀具不受損壞；非加工面涂漆后，經(jīng)久不脫，提高產品使用壽命和外觀質量。

履帶式拋丸清理機工作原理：在清理室中用加料機構加入不超過規(guī)定數(shù)量的工件。機器啟動后，工件被滾筒帶動翻轉，同時由拋丸機拋出的高速彈丸形成彈丸束，均勻地打擊在工件表面上，使其得到清理。拋丸清理完畢后，通過反轉履帶，即可將工件從滾筒內卸出到卸料機構上，故該拋丸機特別適合集成到自動化生產線上。拋出的彈丸及砂粒經(jīng)鋼履帶的間隙或橡膠履帶上的小孔，流入底部的鋼板網(wǎng)過篩，經(jīng)螺旋輸送器送入提升機內，再到分離器中進行分離。粉塵由風機吸送到除塵器中過濾，清潔空氣排入大氣中，布袋上的灰塵經(jīng)反吹旋噴落入除塵器底部的集塵箱中，用戶可定期清除，廢砂由廢料管流出以便回用。丸砂混合物由回用管收回進入室體，待分離器分離后再回用，干凈的彈丸經(jīng)由供丸系統(tǒng)的電磁供丸閘門進入拋丸機再次拋打工件。

Working principle of caterpillar type shot blasting machine: no more than specified number of workpiece is added by feeding mechanism in the cleaning room.After the machine is started, the workpiece is turned over by the roller, and the high-speed projectiles thrown by the blasting machine form a projectile beam, which is evenly hit on the surface of the workpiece to make it clean up.After the blasting is finished, the workpiece can be discharged from the roller to the unloading mechanism by reversing the track, so the blasting machine is particularly suitable for integration into the automatic production line.The projectile and sａnd particles flow into the steel plate mesh at the bottom through the gap of the steel caterpillar bａnd or through the holes on the rubber caterpillar band, and are sent into the elevator by the spiral conveyor, and then separated in the separator.The dust is sucked by the fan to the dust collector for filtration, and the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. The dust on the cloth bag falls into the dust collecting box at the bottom of the dust collector through backblowing rotary jet spray, and the user can clean it regularly. The waste sａnd is discharged from the waste pipe for reuse.The shot sａnd mixture is recovered into the chamber through the return tube and reused after separation in the separator. The clean shot enters the shot blasting machine through the electromagnetic shot gate of the shot feeding system and then returns to the shot blasting machine.
