常州藍(lán)陽(yáng)環(huán)保設(shè)備有限公司是一家設(shè)計(jì)，生產(chǎn)，銷(xiāo)售塑料制品，包裝印刷廢氣光解等離子除臭設(shè)備紙裝料涂裝設(shè)備廢氣處理設(shè)備，惡臭氣體及工業(yè)煙氣處理設(shè)備。
吸附凈化原理及工藝流程：
1、吸附：
有機(jī)廢氣經(jīng)過(guò)濾器除去固體顆粒物質(zhì)，由上而下進(jìn)入吸附罐，有機(jī)物被活性炭捕集、吸附并濃縮，凈化的空氣從罐體下部經(jīng)主風(fēng)機(jī)排入大氣。
2、解吸
當(dāng)活性炭吸附有機(jī)物達(dá)到飽和狀態(tài)后，停止吸入有機(jī)廢氣。通過(guò)活性炭床向上送入蒸汽進(jìn)行吹脫，將有機(jī)物自活性炭中逐出，即解吸。罐中活性炭恢復(fù)其活性，即再生。
3、熱風(fēng)干燥及冷卻：
用蒸汽解吸后的活性炭層中，約留有80～90%的蒸汽凝液，填充了活性炭?jī)?nèi)孔，從而降低了炭層的活性。因此，通入熱空氣對(duì)炭層進(jìn)行干燥。然后關(guān)閉蒸汽閥門(mén)，再通入常溫空氣，冷卻至25℃左右，活性炭恢復(fù)如初，以備再循環(huán)使用。
4、有機(jī)溶劑回收：
利用有機(jī)溶劑露點(diǎn)溫度較高的特點(diǎn)，將蒸汽和有機(jī)溶劑的混合物引入冷凝器，使其冷凝，冷凝液經(jīng)疏水閥進(jìn)入分離器，利用溶劑比水輕的特點(diǎn)，分離回收。
5、凝水凈化：
為保證冷凝水的潔凈，避免有機(jī)溶劑的凝水排入水體，在分離器內(nèi)分離后的水中通入壓縮空氣，使水中有機(jī)溶液劑充分解脫。被壓縮空氣逐出的含有機(jī)物空氣折返廢氣系統(tǒng)，重新吸附。凈化后的冷凝水，排入下水道。
6、連續(xù)吸附措施：
在連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的工廠(chǎng)中，吸附系統(tǒng)也需相應(yīng)連續(xù)工作，可在廢氣凈化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中，選用雙罐系列，以便吸附、再生交替連續(xù)使用。
7、再生周期：
再生周期應(yīng)根據(jù)凈化后排氣中有害氣體濃度而定。當(dāng)有害氣體濃度接近超標(biāo)數(shù)值時(shí)，即應(yīng)停止吸附，進(jìn)行再生。幫系統(tǒng)初始工作階段需及時(shí)測(cè)定排出口有害氣體濃度，以便掌握合理吸附再生周期。

Adsorption purification principle and process:
1, adsorption:

2, desorption

Activated carbon in the tank to restore its activity, that regeneration.
3, hot air drying and cooling:
In the activated carbon layer after steam stripping, about 80-90% of the steam condensate is filled, filling the pores of the activated carbon, thereby reducing the activity of the carbon layer. Thus, the char layer is dried by passing hot air. And then close the steam valve, and then into the room temperature air, cooled to 25 ℃ or so, activated carbon as ever, to prepare for recycling.
4, organic solvent recovery:
The use of organic solvents, the characteristics of the higher the dew point, the steam and organic solvent mixture into the condenser, so that condensation, condensate into the trap through the trap, the use of solvent than water light characteristics, separation and recovery.
5, condensate purification:
In order to ensure the condensed water clean, to avoid the organic solvent condensate into the water, separated in the separator after the water into the compressed air, so that the full release of organic solvents in water. The air containing the organic matter expelled from the compressed air is rewound into the exhaust system and reabsorbed. Purified condensed water, discharged into the sewer.
6, continuous adsorption measures:
In the continuous production of the plant, the adsorption system also need to work accordingly, in the exhaust gas purification system design, the choice of double-tank series, in order to adsorption, renewable alternate continuous use.
7, the regeneration cycle:
The regeneration cycle should be based on the concentration of harmful gases in the exhaust gas after purification. When the concentration of harmful gases close to excessive values, that should stop the adsorption, the regeneration. Help the system to determine the initial stage of the work of harmful emissions in the concentration of gas in order to grasp the reasonable adsorption regeneration cycle.
