PP噴淋塔漆霧處理設(shè)備對(duì)于腐蝕性氣體(如酸、堿性廢氣)的治理，目前多采用液體吸收法治理。采用液體吸收法治理該廢氣，關(guān)鍵在于凈化設(shè)備的選擇。目前，我公司自主開(kāi)發(fā)了凈化效率高、操作管理簡(jiǎn)單、使用壽命長(zhǎng)的酸、堿性廢氣凈化工藝與設(shè)備。該工藝與產(chǎn)品綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外同類凈化塔的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，多級(jí)旋轉(zhuǎn)式噴淋、吸收，同時(shí)對(duì)填料層及塔體進(jìn)行了技術(shù)參數(shù)上的優(yōu)化，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、能耗低、凈化效率高和適用范圍廣的特點(diǎn)，能有效去除氣體(HCI) 、氟化氫氣體(HF) 、氨氣(NH,)、硫酸霧(H2S04) 、絡(luò)酸霧(CRO,) 、氣體(HCN)堿蒸氣(NAOH)、氣體(H,S) 、福爾馬林(HCHO) 等水溶性氣體。
