金屬纖維燒結(jié)氈采用直徑為微米級(jí)的金屬纖維經(jīng)無(wú)紡鋪制，疊配及高溫?zé)Y(jié)而成。多層金屬纖維氈由不同孔徑層形成孔梯度，可控制得到*的過(guò)濾精度和較單層更大的納污量。能連續(xù)保持過(guò)濾網(wǎng)布的過(guò)濾作用，且有三維網(wǎng)狀，多孔結(jié)構(gòu)，孔隙率高，表面積大，孔徑大小分布均勻等特點(diǎn)。因此，不銹鋼燒結(jié)氈有效地克服了金屬網(wǎng)易堵、易損的缺陷，彌補(bǔ)了粉末過(guò)濾產(chǎn)品易碎、流量小的不足，解決了濾紙、濾布不耐高溫、不耐壓的特點(diǎn)，所以，不銹鋼燒結(jié)氈具有優(yōu)異的過(guò)濾性能，是理想的耐高溫、耐腐蝕、高精度的過(guò)濾材料。

主要用途：

1、化工、薄膜工業(yè)中各種聚合物熔體的過(guò)濾凈化；

2、石油、化工領(lǐng)域中各種高溫、腐蝕液體的過(guò)濾；

3、機(jī)械設(shè)備各種液壓油、潤(rùn)滑油的精密過(guò)濾；

4、醫(yī)藥、生物、飲料等工業(yè)中各種液體的澄清過(guò)濾。

性能及特點(diǎn)：

1、納污容量大，過(guò)濾精度高，壓力上升慢，更換周期長(zhǎng)。

2、耐硝酸、堿、有機(jī)溶劑、藥品的腐蝕，在600℃環(huán)境中可長(zhǎng)期使用。

3、高孔隙率和優(yōu)良的滲透率，壓力損失小，流量大。

4、可折波，以增加過(guò)濾面積，并可焊接加工。

5、能夠清洗再生，可多次使用。

1.可根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求特別生產(chǎn)加強(qiáng)型、加厚型、加護(hù)網(wǎng)及其他各種型號(hào)。

2.過(guò)濾精度和納污容量的測(cè)定按GB/T18853-2002中規(guī)定進(jìn)行。

3.氣泡點(diǎn)壓力的測(cè)定按GB/T5249中規(guī)定進(jìn)行。

4.透氣度的測(cè)定按GB/T5453中規(guī)定進(jìn)行，壓差為200Pa，介質(zhì)為空氣。

5.斷裂強(qiáng)度的測(cè)定按GB/T228中規(guī)定進(jìn)行。

Product introduction:

The metal fiber sintering felt is formed by micron grade diameter metal fibre non-woven spreading, overlaying distribution and high temperature sintering. With the pore gradient made from different aperture layers, multi-layer metal fiber felt is able to control extremely high filtration precision and a more dirt holding capacity than the single one. It can  continuously keep the filtration of the filter cloth. And as the result of three-dimensional net shape and porous structure, it has some advantages such as high porosity, big surface area and uniform distribution aperture size etc. Stainless steel sintered felt effectively overcomes the disadvantages of easy blocking and damaged of metal mesh, makes up for the deficiency of fragile and low flow of powder filter products and in the meantime solves the problems of poor pressure and temperature endurance of filter paper and filter cloth. So with an excellent filtration performance of temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high precision, stainless steel sintered felt is the ideal filtration material.
