微生物細(xì)菌的儀器-ATP熒光檢測(cè)儀為全新升級(jí)產(chǎn)品，大屏幕觸摸顯示屏，代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)按鍵。操作采用生物化學(xué)反應(yīng)方法檢測(cè)ATP含量，ATP熒光檢測(cè)儀基于螢火蟲(chóng)發(fā)光原理，利用“熒光素酶—熒光素體系"快速檢測(cè)三磷酸腺苷(ATP)。ATP拭子含有可以裂解細(xì)胞膜的試劑，能將細(xì)胞內(nèi)ATP釋放出來(lái)，與試劑中含有的特異性酶發(fā)生反應(yīng)，產(chǎn)生光，再用熒光照度計(jì)檢測(cè)發(fā)光值，微生物的數(shù)量與發(fā)光值成正比，由于所有生物活細(xì)胞中含有恒量的ATP，所以ATP含量可以清晰地表明樣品中微生物與其他生物殘余的多少，用于判斷衛(wèi)生狀況。
ATP fluorescence detector, an instrument for microorganisms and bacteria, is a newly upgraded product with a large screen touch screen instead of traditional buttons. The operation adopts biochemical reaction method to detect ATP content. Based on the principle of firefly luminescence, ATP fluorescence detector uses "luciferase luciferin system" to quickly detect adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The ATP swab contains a reagent that can cleave the cell membrane, which can release the ATP in the cell, react with the specific enzyme contained in the reagent to produce light, and then detect the luminous value with a fluorescent illuminance meter. The number of microorganisms is directly proportional to the luminous value. Since all living cells contain a constant amount of ATP, the ATP content can clearly indicate the amount of microorganisms and other biological residues in the sample, which can be used to judge the sanitary condition.
