漆膜自動(dòng)劃痕儀根據(jù)GB9279《色漆和清漆 劃痕試驗(yàn)》和ISO 12137-2《色漆和清漆 耐劃傷性的測(cè)定》中有關(guān)規(guī)定而精心設(shè)計(jì)制造的。本測(cè)試儀是用來測(cè)定色漆和清漆的單一涂層或復(fù)合涂層體系或水性木漆在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件下的耐劃透和耐劃傷性。本儀器采用大速比大輸出扭矩齒輪減速箱，以保證在不同測(cè)試負(fù)載下劃針移動(dòng)速度恒定，使測(cè)試結(jié)果具有較高的精度。本儀器目前可以做的是兩種底材的試驗(yàn)。一種是測(cè)試色漆和清漆水性木漆的涂層耐劃透性，底材是金屬，漆膜是否被劃透可以通過儀器上的電壓表的指示而直觀的得到結(jié)果，另一種是測(cè)試水性木漆的耐劃傷性，底材是木材，漆膜是否被劃傷是通過肉眼或放大鏡的觀察得出結(jié)果的。

This tester is used to determine the resistance to scratching and scratching of single or composite coating systems or waterborne wood lacquers under standard conditions. 漆膜自動(dòng)劃痕儀操作規(guī)程：

1、試驗(yàn)前準(zhǔn)備工作：

★試板的準(zhǔn)備：

a.材料和尺寸：除另有規(guī)定或商定外，試板底材的尺寸應(yīng)為150×70mm的長(zhǎng)方形，并滿足 GB9271規(guī)定的馬口鐵板，薄鋼板和硬鋁板。如果待測(cè)試樣品要求刷涂，則所用底材的尺寸應(yīng)略大些，刷紋應(yīng)平行于板的短邊，干燥后并能在試板短邊一向切割出150×70mm的試板。水性木漆的底材則是木材。

b.試板的處理和施涂：除另有規(guī)定或商定外，應(yīng)按GB9271進(jìn)行，然后按規(guī)定方法施涂待測(cè)試樣品。

c.試板的干燥：除另有規(guī)定外，試板應(yīng)按受試產(chǎn)品的規(guī)定進(jìn)行干燥。然后試板應(yīng)在溫度（23±2）℃、相對(duì)濕度（50±5）%的條件下，至少干燥16小時(shí)后在進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。

★環(huán)境溫度：除另有規(guī)定外，試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在（23±2）℃和（50±5）%相對(duì)濕度下進(jìn)行。

Operation rules of automatic film scratch tester:

1. Preparations before the test:

★ Preparation of test plate:

a. Material and size: Unless otherwise specified or agreed, the size of the test plate substrate shall be a rectangle of 150 × 70mm and meet the requirements of GB9271 for tinplate, thin steel plate and rigid aluminum plate. If the sample to be tested requires brush coating, the size of the substrate used should be slightly larger, and the brush pattern should be parallel to the short side of the board. After drying, a 150 × 70 mm test board can be cut on the short side of the test board. The substrate of water-based wood paint is wood.

b. Treatment and application of the test plate: Unless otherwise specified or agreed, the test shall be performed in accordance with GB9271, and then the sample to be tested shall be applied in accordance with the prescribed method.

c. Drying of the test plate: Unless otherwise specified, the test plate shall be dried in accordance with the test product. The test panel shall then be tested at a temperature of (23 ± 2) ° C and a relative humidity (50 ± 5)% for at least 16 hours.

★ Ambient temperature: Unless otherwise specified, the test should be carried out at (23 ± 2) ℃ and (50 ± 5)% relative humidity.

漆膜自動(dòng)劃痕儀操作方法：

★將本儀器放在穩(wěn)固、平坦的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上，操作者正對(duì)儀器。

★取下劃針，用放大鏡觀察劃針的針頭應(yīng)是光滑的半球狀，無明顯的磨傷且無污物的，否則應(yīng)更換新的劃針。劃針與導(dǎo)向柱安裝高度可以根據(jù)試板的厚度來調(diào)整。

★旋開左端試樣夾具上的緊定螺栓，放入固定板下，試板的涂層向上，然后旋緊緊定螺栓。

★將電源插頭插入位于墻壁上的電源插座，并打開電源開關(guān)。

★下面的操作需要對(duì)兩塊試板各做三次試驗(yàn)：

a.固定負(fù)荷的通過/不通過試驗(yàn)：在砝碼支架上放上所需要的砝碼。按下儀器上的“劃痕"按扭。如果電壓表在劃痕的過程中有指示，則證明漆膜被劃透。

b.測(cè)定劃透涂層的A小負(fù)荷試驗(yàn)：先開始用較小負(fù)荷，然后逐漸以適當(dāng)增量逐漸增加負(fù)荷直到涂層被劃透為止。在該試板的未劃部分和另一塊新試板上用該負(fù)荷重復(fù)試驗(yàn)，所得結(jié)果相符之后，記下A小負(fù)荷值。

★旋動(dòng)儀器右邊的抬針螺栓，取下試板觀察。

★按下“復(fù)位"按鈕，則劃針回到原位，即可開始下一次劃痕。

Operation method of automatic film scratch tester:

★ Place the instrument on a stable, flat test bench with the operator facing the instrument.

★ Remove the stylus, observe with a magnifying glass that the needle of the stylus should be smooth and hemispherical, without obvious abrasion and dirt, otherwise you should replace it with a new one. The height of the stylus and guide post can be adjusted according to the thickness of the test plate.

★ Unscrew the set screw on the left end sample holder, put it under the fixing plate, the coating of the test plate is upward, and then tighten the set screw.

★ Plug the power plug into a power outlet located on the wall, and turn on the power switch.

★ The following operations require three tests on each of the two test plates:

a. Pass / fail test for a fixed load: Place the required weight on the weight support. Press the "Scratch" button on the instrument. If the voltmeter has an indication during the scratching process, the paint film is proven to be scratched.

b. A small load test to determine the penetrating coating: start with a small load, and then gradually increase the load in appropriate increments until the coating is scratched. Repeat the test with the load on the unmarked part of the test plate and another new test plate. After the results obtained are consistent, record the small A value.

★ Turn the needle lifting bolt on the right side of the instrument and remove the test plate for observation.

★ Press the "Reset" button to return the stylus to the original position and start the next scratch.

漆膜自動(dòng)劃痕儀主要結(jié)構(gòu)：

利用一恒速馬達(dá)，通過齒輪齒條傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)劃針滑動(dòng)，劃針垂直于漆膜。劃針頂端是一直徑為1mm的硬質(zhì)鋼的半球形針頭。上方有支架，支架上可以根據(jù)需要放置50g到2000g的砝碼。支架的后部有一用來平衡支架自動(dòng)的平衡塊。砝碼支架的轉(zhuǎn)軸采用滾珠軸承支承，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，減小了磨擦力矩，從而使施加在金剛石劃針的壓力具有良好的重復(fù)性，也即保證了測(cè)試結(jié)果具有良好的重復(fù)性。儀器上設(shè)有用來夾緊試板的夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)。支架的后部設(shè)有在劃針復(fù)位的時(shí)候用來抬起劃針的抬針螺栓。機(jī)器的面板上有一電壓表，當(dāng)樣板上的漆膜被劃針劃透時(shí)，電壓表即有指示，這樣可以確定的判斷漆膜是否被劃透，消除了人為誤差。

A constant speed motor is used to drive the stylus to slide through a rack and pinion drive. The stylus is perpendicular to the paint film. The tip of the scribe needle is a hemispherical needle of hard steel with a diameter of 1mm. There is a bracket on the top, and a weight of 50g to 2000g can be placed on the bracket as needed. There is a balance weight on the rear of the stａnd to balance the stａnd automatically. The rotating shaft of the weight bracket is supported by ball bearings, which rotates flexibly and reduces the frictional moment, so that the pressure applied to the tip of the diamond stylus has good repeatability, that is, the test result has good repeatability. The instrument is provided with a clamping mechanism for clamping the test plate. The rear part of the bracket is provided with a needle lifting bolt for lifting the needle when the needle is reset. There is a voltmeter on the panel of the machine. When the paint film on the sample board is scratched by the needle, the voltmeter has an indication, so that it can be determined whether the paint film is scratched, eliminating human error.

漆膜自動(dòng)劃痕儀注意事項(xiàng)：

★如果是測(cè)定水性木漆得耐劃傷性試驗(yàn)，由于底材是木材，所以電壓表無指示。劃痕后取下試板觀察試板是否被劃傷。根據(jù)需要可以使用適當(dāng)倍數(shù)的放大鏡，但應(yīng)在試驗(yàn)報(bào)告中注明放大倍數(shù)。

★機(jī)器支架上的平衡塊是用來平衡支架的自重，機(jī)器出廠時(shí)已經(jīng)通過調(diào)整確定了位置，請(qǐng)不要輕易松開平衡塊上的螺絲，以免影響測(cè)試的準(zhǔn)確性。

★待所有試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，取下砝碼，并放回原處，蓋好包裝木盒盒蓋，以保護(hù)本儀器的清潔。

Note for automatic film scratch tester:

★ If it is a scratch resistance test for water-based wood paint, the voltmeter has no indication because the substrate is wood. After scratching, remove the test plate and observe whether the test plate is scratched. A magnifying glass with an appropriate magnification can be used as required, but the magnification should be noted in the test report.

★ The balance weight on the machine support is used to balance the weight of the support. The machine has been adjusted to determine the position when leaving the factory. Please do not loosen the screws on the balance weight easily to avoid affecting the accuracy of the test.

★ After all the tests are finished, remove the weight and put it back in place, and cover the wooden box lid to protect the cleanness of the instrument.
