一、熔體流動速率儀產(chǎn)品簡介：

熔體流動速率儀是按GB/T3682、ISO1133、ASTMD1238的試驗方法測定熱塑性高聚伍在高溫下流動性能的儀器，用于聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS樹脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龍氟塑料等高聚物在高溫下熔體流動速率的測定，適用于工廠企業(yè)及科研單位的生產(chǎn)和研究之中。

1. Product introduction:

The melt flow rate instrument is an instrument for measuring the flow performance of thermoplastic high polymer at high temperature according to the test methods of GB / T3682, ISO1133, and ASTMD1238. It is used for high polymer such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon fluoroplastic, etc. The measurement of melt flow rate at high temperature is suitable for production and research in factories, enterprises and scientific research units.

二、熔體流動速率儀技術(shù)參數(shù)：

1、擠壓出料部分：

★出料口直徑：φ2.095±0.005毫米

★出料口長度：8.000±0.025毫米

★裝料筒直徑：φ9.550±0.025毫米

★裝料筒長度：150±0.01毫米

★活塞桿頭直徑：Φ9.475±0.015毫米
★活塞桿頭長度：6.350±0.100毫米

三、熔體流動速率儀工作原理：

熔體流動速率儀是在規(guī)定溫度條件下，用高溫加熱爐使被測物達到熔融狀態(tài)，這種熔融狀態(tài)的被測物，在規(guī)定的砝碼負荷重力下通過一定直徑的小孔進行擠出試驗，擠出物的質(zhì)量折算為10分鐘的擠出量。在工業(yè)企業(yè)的塑料生產(chǎn)及科研單位的研究中，經(jīng)常用“熔體（質(zhì)量流動速率）"來表示高分子材料在熔融狀態(tài)下流動性能。

3. Working principle:

The melt flow rate instrument is to use a high temperature heating furnace to make the test object melt under a specified temperature condition. ★4級：3.800 kg=(0.325+4號3.475砝碼)=37.26 N

★5級：5.000 kg=(0.325+5號4.675砝碼)=49.03 N

★6級：10.000 kg=(0.325+5號4.675砝碼+6號5.000砝碼)=98.07 N

★7級：12.500 kg=(0.325+5號4.675砝碼+6號5.000+7號2.500砝碼)=122.58 N

五、注意事項：

★單相電源插座必須有接地線孔，并可靠接地。

★液晶顯示器上若出現(xiàn)異常顯示時，按＂復(fù)位"鍵。

★正常工作中，若爐溫大于450℃, 則軟件保護，中斷加熱。

★異?，F(xiàn)象發(fā)生，如不能控溫，不能顯示等，應(yīng)關(guān)機，進行檢修

★清洗活塞桿時，不能用硬物刮削。

Five, matters needing attention:

★ Single-phase power sockets must have grounding wire holes and be reliably grounded.

★ If an abnormal display appears on the LCD, press the "Reset" button.

★ In normal operation, if the furnace temperature is higher than 450 ℃, the software is protected and the heating is interrupted.
