出口國(guó)外X熒光定硫儀正是為了適應(yīng)油品中硫含量檢測(cè)需要而開(kāi)發(fā)制造的zhuan業(yè)X熒光分析儀。它采用能量色散原理,機(jī)電一體微機(jī)化設(shè)計(jì),分析快速、準(zhǔn)確。其重復(fù)性、再現(xiàn)性都符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T17040和GB11140以及石油化工行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SH/T0742的相關(guān)要求,也符合嚴(yán)格的美國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ASTMD4294-02的要求,它為原油或石油化工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中硫含量的檢測(cè),提供了zhong要手段。

詳細(xì)介紹

出口國(guó)外X熒光定硫儀符合GB/T17040和GB11140以及石油化工行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SH/T0742的相關(guān)要求,也符合ASTMD4294-02的要求。

出口國(guó)外X熒光定硫儀技術(shù)指標(biāo)

1.測(cè)硫范圍:7ppm～5%;

2.重復(fù)性(r):＜0.2894(S+0.1691);

3.再現(xiàn)性(R):＜0.1215(S+0.05555);

4.檢出限: 7ppm;

5.油品量:2～2.5ml(相當(dāng)油層厚度4mm～5mm);

6.測(cè)量時(shí)間:60、120、240、300、600秒,任意設(shè)定;

7.單樣品自動(dòng)測(cè)量,測(cè)量次數(shù):2、3、5、10、50次任意設(shè)定,測(cè)量結(jié)束給出平均值和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差;

8.校正曲線數(shù):儀器可存取9條標(biāo)定曲線,5條為一元一次直線,4條為二項(xiàng)式拋物線;

9.工作條件:溫度5～40℃;相對(duì)濕度:≦85%(30℃);

The instrument is specially designed to determine sulfur content in the petroleum products. Adopts energy-dispersive principle, and with electrical, mechanical and microprocessor integration design, so it is rapid and accurate. It can meet the requirements of National Standard GB/T 17040 and GB/T11140 on repeatability and reproducibility, and it can also meet requirements of ASTM D4294-03 on these indexes. It provides a measure to determine sulfur content during petroleum or petrochemical production process.

Main technical specification and parameters

(1) Measurement range: 7 ppm to 5%;

(2) Repeatability (r): ＜0.02894(S+0.1691);

(3) Reproducibility (R): ＜0.1215(S+0.05555);

(4) Detection limit: 7 ppm;

(5) Oil sample quantity: 2～3 ml (it is equal to sample depth of 3 mm～4 mm);

(6) Measurement time: it can preset 60, 120, 240, 300, and 600 s at random;

(7) It can make determination automatically for single sample. Measurement times: can set 2, 3, 5, 10, and 50 at random; it will show average value and standard deviation at end of measurement.

(8) Calibration curve numbers: it can save 9 calibration curves. 5 pieces of them are unary linear equation and 4 pieces of them are unary quadratic equation.
