天然的和重組的RNasin® 核酸酶抑制劑具有廣譜的抑制RNase 活性的性質(zhì)，包括抑制中性型（neutral type） 真核RNase。該抑制劑的分子量為50kDa，按1:1 的比例與RNase 非共價(jià)結(jié)合發(fā)揮抑制作用。RNasin® Ribonuclease Inhibitor 與RNase（ 如RNase A） 結(jié)合的Ki 值大約是10-14M。Promega 提供兩種不同的抑制劑：天然的RNasin® Ribonuclease Inhibitor 和重組的RNasin® Ribonuclease Inhibitor。兩種產(chǎn)品均通過(guò)離子交換和親和層析相結(jié)合的純化方法純化得到。

•  抑制常見的真核RNase：RNasin® Ribonuclease Inhibitor 具有廣譜RNase 抑制特性，包括 RNase A、 RNase B、 RNase C 和人類胎盤RNase，不抑制RNase T1、 S1 核酸酶、曲霉（Aspergillus ） 中的 RNase 以及RNase H、RNase ONE® Ribonuclease。
• 兼容性：RNasin® Ribonuclease Inhibitor 不抑制SP6、T7 或T3RNA Polymerase、ImProm-II™、AMV 或M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase 或Taq DNA Polymerase。
• pH 范圍寬：在較寬的pH 范圍內(nèi)（pH 5-8） 均可發(fā)揮作用。
