　　聚氨脂復(fù)合保溫板生產(chǎn)線是在上下兩層為水泥布、鋁箔、無紡布、紙等軟面基料里，生產(chǎn)酚醛（聚氨脂）泡沫的夾芯板材設(shè)備，夾芯板厚度為20-100mm，寬度1200mm，長度自定。產(chǎn)品主要用于外墻保溫和中恒豐央空調(diào)送風管等。其工作原理為聚氨脂原液經(jīng)灌注機計量泵以一定比例送入混合頭混合后均勻澆注在夾芯板底層面材上，并和上層面材一道輸送到層壓機，在層壓機上下鏈板間發(fā)泡固化成型；固化成型后的夾芯板材在生產(chǎn)線上經(jīng)兩側(cè)修邊后，被自動跟蹤切斷機切成所需長度的產(chǎn)品。
