Product Description
Purify high-quality genomic DNA from 1 - 10 mg mammalian tissue with the MagNA Pure Compact Instrument. MagNA Pure DNA Tissue Lysis Buffer is added to tissue samples prior to homogenization. The samples are then homogenized using the MagNA Lyser Instrument with MagNA Lyser Green Beads.
Benefits
Isolate DNA from a wide variety of mammalian tissues. Following homogenization, the samples can be treated with RNase A solution  to eliminate RNA. After RNase A incubation, samples are transferred to the MagNA Pure Compact System for DNA isolation based on magnetic-bead technology. Use the convenient, ready-to-use buffer to pre-process samples for isolation using the MagNA Lyser Instrument and MagNA Pure Compact Instrument.
