TOC總有機碳試驗儀用于測試純水、制藥工業(yè)去離子水和注射用水的有機碳含量制藥和生物化學清洗驗證：在制藥和生物化學制藥業(yè)處理過程中，監(jiān)測在循環(huán)清洗。半導體中監(jiān)測純化水中toc的含量。
一、工作原理
本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導率法，通過測試經(jīng)過氧化反應的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過氧化反應的樣品總無機碳的含量差值來測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無機碳（TIC）。
