抗原特異性 CD8+ T 細(xì)胞在自身免疫性疾病、癌癥、移植、傳染病和過敏的免疫反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮重要作用。

MHC I Dextramer® 試劑可以通過流式細(xì)胞術(shù)識別抗原特異性 CD8+ T 細(xì)胞亞群。

MHC I Dextramer 試劑由穩(wěn)定蛋白質(zhì)的葡聚糖骨架、優(yōu)化數(shù)量的 MHC 肽復(fù)合物和熒光團(tuán)(PE、APC 或 FITC)組成,無熒光團(tuán)(無)。
