It is often used intargeted drug delivery with the lipid bilayer to improve drug solubility, thePEG to provide stealth property, extend circulation half-life and reducenon-specific protein binding or cell adhesion, and the VS group to bind totargeting molecules including antibody, aptamer, protein, and peptide.
