注意事項
1、牛血清白蛋白遇熱容易凝固，當(dāng)加熱到50°C或以上時，白蛋白會迅速形成疏水性聚集體，并不能通過冷卻恢復(fù)到單體，雖然在某種程度上低溫聚合也會發(fā)生，但比率相對較低。
2、天然牛血清白蛋白（BSA）的等電點為4.6~5.8，經(jīng)無水乙二胺（EDA）和碳化二亞胺（EDC）反應(yīng)，改性后的牛血清白蛋白等電點為8.6。
