CDA4-F15型多路換向閥是參考國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品，并根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)工程車輛的實(shí)際需要研制而成的新產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品具有功能全、性能佳、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并在保證進(jìn)口樣機(jī)性能的前提下，加大了油路通道，使壓力損失減小，降低了能耗、減小了系統(tǒng)的發(fā)熱。
CDA4-F15型多路換向閥為片式結(jié)構(gòu)，用戶根據(jù)需要可在10連內(nèi)任意選用，可組成并聯(lián)、串并聯(lián)及并聯(lián)與串并聯(lián)的組合油路形式，有O、Ox、R、A、B、Y等多種滑閥機(jī)能。其中R型機(jī)能用于叉車門架前限速，避免由于負(fù)載和門架重力作用而產(chǎn)生的超速運(yùn)動(dòng)和氣穴現(xiàn)象，使前傾動(dòng)作安全平穩(wěn)，Ox型機(jī)能用于執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)中屬具的工作，它能有效的保證屬具動(dòng)作平穩(wěn)可靠。各種機(jī)能具有良好的微動(dòng)特性，各工作油口可安裝過(guò)載閥，其壓力按用戶要求調(diào)定。
