The low-temperature bending tester of waterproof coil is a testing instrument for low-temperature bending test of polymer coils and waterproof coatings. It is also suitable for low-temperature flexibility measurement of waterproof coatings. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before use. It is operated by experimental personnel to avoid injury caused by improper operation. For more information, please contact our customer service staff.
How to use DW-120 waterproof coil low temperature bending instrument:
★ In a standard environment, use a specified thickness gauge (thickness gauge) to measure the thickness of the sample.
★ Take two samples of 100 × 50/50 × 100mm each in the horizontal and vertical directions of the sample.
★ Bend the thickness of the sample outwards for 180 seconds, make the edges of 50mm width coincide, flush, and ensure that no misalignment occurs (the positioning edge or 10nn wide tape can be used to fix the edges).
★ After adjusting the distance between the upper and lower plates of the bender to three times the measured coil, turn the upper and lower plates of the bender and place the two samples in the same direction on the lower plate of the bender and overlap. The side facing toward the axis of rotation is aligned with the tick mark.
★ Prevent the whole from entering the low temperature box, keep it at the specified temperature for 1h, and then turn the upper plate down to the adjusted distance within 1S, and hold the sample for 1S.
★ After returning to room temperature, observe whether the bending part of the sample is broken, or use magnification to observe whether the tensile surface of the sample bending part is cracked.
★ Low Temperature Bending Instrument
★ When neither test is broken or broken, it is evaluated as no break.
★ Note (1) Take standard GB12592-2003 (polyvinyl chloride waterproof material) as an example. The use of other materials should be carried out in accordance with the test methods in their respective standards or standards.
