三、性能及特點(diǎn)
1、儀器采用觸摸屏全程操作控制，人性化設(shè)計(jì)使儀器具備操作簡(jiǎn)單方便，易學(xué)易會(huì)易保養(yǎng)的特點(diǎn)。
2、本儀器采用數(shù)字動(dòng)態(tài)采集識(shí)別技術(shù)，自動(dòng)分析和識(shí)別油樣狀態(tài)，使用自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)完成45°傾斜動(dòng)作。
3、本軟件可以對(duì)測(cè)試的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行保存，以供后續(xù)查看。如有需要還可進(jìn)行打印。
4、儀器自帶Lims通訊，可實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)上傳等操作。
四、原理：
樣品的流動(dòng)性隨著溫度的降低而變慢，直到達(dá)某溫度時(shí)，樣品出現(xiàn)不流動(dòng)，本機(jī)采用新技術(shù)，用半導(dǎo)體制冷將樣品快速降溫，在降溫過(guò)程中用光電管（含紅外）發(fā)射多束光線(xiàn)到達(dá)樣品表面，用電機(jī)傾斜樣品，流動(dòng)的樣品將光線(xiàn)反射到CCD攝像機(jī)上，形成一副圖像，計(jì)算機(jī)根據(jù)圖像流動(dòng)時(shí)的變化量，判斷出油樣的傾點(diǎn)。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics
1. The instrument adopts the touch screen for the whole operation and control, and the humanized design makes the instrument easy to operate and maintain.
2. The instrument adopts digital dynamic acquisition and identification technology to automatically analyze and identify the oil sample status, and USES automatic control technology to complete the tilt action of 45°.
3. The software can save the test data for subsequent viewing. Print if necessary.
4. The instrument is equipped with Lims communication, which can realize data uploading and other operations.
Iv. Principle:
