產(chǎn)品特點

1.的冷卻原理，使物料與冷空氣充分接觸獲得很好的冷卻效果。

2.體積容量比相同型號的逆流冷卻器擴大1.3倍，特別適合膨脹后物料體積增大的需要。

3.上部設(shè)有旋轉(zhuǎn)勻料機構(gòu)，使機內(nèi)料層維持同一水平，冷卻效果更均勻。

4.采用擺桿式排料機構(gòu)，顆粒糊化度小，與膨脹器配套使用，更能顯出*性。

5.活動部件少，結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔，噪音低，。

6.冷卻溫度不高于室溫5℃，遠遠優(yōu)于國家標準。

SKLB Series Swing Cooler

SKLB 系列擺式冷卻器

Features

The unique cooling principle makes the material contact with cool air sufficiently to obtain optimum cooling efficiency.

The cubic capacity is 1.3 times of the same type of counterflow cooler, It is specially suitable for expanded material.

A rotary uniforming system is mounted on the upper part which keeps the material at the same level in the machine so that the material is evenly cooled.

The swing link discharge system is used to minimize the powderizing of pellet. If it is completed with expander, it will display more superiority.

Less moving parts with compact structure, low noise and trouble free.

The cooled temperature is not 5℃ higher than room temperature, which is far better than the national standard.
