DG系列干法制粒機(jī)

干法制粒機(jī)時利用物料本身的結(jié)晶水，依靠機(jī)械擠壓原理，直接對原料粉末不加粘合劑及水進(jìn)行壓片成型—>壓片成型—>片狀物粗碎—>造粒成型為一體的制粒設(shè)備。制成不規(guī)則狀顆粒，完成從粉體至顆粒的物理變化過程。干法制粒機(jī)具有工藝簡單、生產(chǎn)批量大、易于清潔維護(hù)等特點。廣泛用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)。
干法制粒機(jī)主要分為制粒裝置和動力裝置，兩部分在空間上隔離。制粒裝置又主要分為10個模塊：1.水平喂料系統(tǒng)2.螺桿進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)3.輥壓系統(tǒng)，壓輥4.預(yù)防系統(tǒng)5.破碎系統(tǒng)6.取樣口7.兩級篩分制粒系統(tǒng)8.取樣口9.顆粒出口10.機(jī)架。

DG系列干法制粒機(jī)—設(shè)備特點
1.整機(jī)懸臂式設(shè)計，具有觀察方便、便于清理的特點。將加工區(qū)與動力傳動區(qū)隔離且外形整潔，拆裝清洗簡便，實現(xiàn)了從粉體到顆粒的潔凈密閉式生產(chǎn)。
